Privacy Policy

The short version

AiSwitch is a local desktop tool. There is no account system and no server-side record of you. Your endpoints, keys and model settings stay on your own computer. We do not collect, upload or read them.

What the desktop app touches

Apart from checking for updates, the app makes no network requests, and it carries no analytics or tracking code.

• Update check: requests a version file to read the latest version number and download link. The request contains no personal identifier.
• Latency probe: sends one request to the endpoint you configured, only to show a ping time. The address comes from you; we relay nothing.
• Local data — channels, credentials, model mappings and pre-switch backups — all live in ~/.aiswitch/ directory.

What we never do

• Collect your API keys, conversations, code or project files.
• Proxy your requests, or route anything through our servers.
• Sell or share any data with third parties.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, ads or font services. Download links point to GitHub, where the download is handled under GitHub's own privacy policy.

Your control

Delete ~/.aiswitch/ to wipe all local data. Uninstalling leaves no background process or service behind.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in substance, we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in the changelog.
